Hosanna Social Care Services (HSCS) is an arm of RCCG Hosanna House Christian Centre, a UK charitable organisation, registered to provide charitable activities such as care groups and community centres. Our care philosophy is underpinned by a desire to empower our service users to be the best they can be, by putting them at the centre of everything we do, through constant innovation in our systems and approach, as well as development of experienced work force that are passionate and very professional in their practice.
We provide domiciliary and personal care related support to individuals with: learning disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s syndrome, challenging behaviour, mental health needs, sensory and communication impairments, Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), people with physical disabilities and older adults. We also provide domestic support to those who live in residential care settings and those who live in their own home.
Our services are regulated by The Care Quality Commission and all our staff are trained to industry standards, and are DBS checked. We provide care services for government agencies such as local authorities as well as to charities, private institutions and funded individuals.
