Our Staffs

Hosanna Social Care Services complies with thorough recruitment procedures so as to ensure that we employ only individuals with the right qualifications, character and experience to render support

Our staff are trained in Manual Handling, safeguarding, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety. In addition, we ensure they are supported with the skills for care induction work book.  All Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II or NVQ III in Health and Social Care.

HSCS is committed to ensuring that staffs are developed to their maximum potential, so as to undertake their role in a safe and proper manner with minimal risks. All our staffs are appropriately trained before they start work with us. Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to the latest standards means that we are confident in the competency of all our staff. Managers are always at hand for oversight functions,  supervision and appraisal .
